Custom and Duties
Please note when goods are shipped abroad from Nepal, where tax and heavy duties will be at extra and responsibility of the beneficiary. Outside Nepal, orders lead to the subject of customs duty. The consumer solely will be responsible for the charges. Supplier or Wholesaler will not be in authority and responsibility for any fee/customs/duty incurred or enforced by your respective governments. Nevertheless, lately and at present we have delivered the goods to European countries without any charge of customs fees. But we cannot guarantee it, however, we will try our best effort to ship and deliver the goods without any
customs duties.
Return & Refund Policy
In case of a particular reason, if the buyers are dissatisfied with our good products, we also have an easy return and reimbursement policy with a certain condition as follows.
Conditions:
01: In case if the customer changes the mind, will not be entitled to the return, exchange, and compensation.
02: Rights for the product defect, impaired, misplaced, or improper goods it must be received within 5 business days of delivery.
03: The items purchased must have proof with a receipt of evidence.
04: The goods purchased for return must be in original form and condition, with no marks or spots, no creases, no dirtiness on fibers. As well the item just as it is, in the original mode of packaging.
05: If a defect is found in the goods we sent with some shipment error, the customer will be liable for the charge to ship the products back, in this case, refunds will be allotted and issued for the actual merchandise itself. However, no refund on the shipping back.
06: Orders on customizing DIY Kits, or other items require special notation that does not meet the requirements of goods on return. On receiving the unwanted product, a full inspection will be made and then inform you of the refund with our condition policy. If qualified for the reimbursement, and then we will transfer the refund process to your credit card.
